How refreshing to visit a car dealership that manages communication, quality, and transparency with equal importance. This was my dozenth car dealership visit in 2 weeks; I’m exhausted by hidden prices and fees, and deceitful lot practices. Bart maintained communication with me, in a way that suited my needs (text messaging) prior to my arrival on the lot, without making me feel like I’m either not worth the time, or that I was inconveniencing him.

At arrival, the car was pulled around quickly, and I was able to test drive the vehicle without someone breathing down my neck, trying to sell it to me.
