I had been looking for a Tahoe with certain features for quite some time. After several months not seeing one with the options I wanted I was connected with Sam who assisted me with ordering one exact to my preferences. Sam was thorough and checked in with me consistently throughout the process. Once my Tahoe arrived Sam called me and introduced me to Robert who walked me through my new Tahoe and the purchase process with ease. Finally, Junior was on top of finalizing the process and ensured my purchase was without issue. Our experience at this location was exceptional! We were lucky to be helped by Miguel who was very kind, easy going, and made the process as smooth and seamless as possible. What an incredible team they have here at this dealership! Robert and Danny were incredible to work with. Amazing customer service from start to finish. They went out of their way to get me what I wanted to walk away with, and it was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Everybody that I encountered there, from the greetings when I walked in, all the way down to the finance team, they were all so personable and friendly. They also had the best prices (by far) on the vehicles I was interested in. Don't hesitate to walk through those doors!

I initially inquired online while browsing for a reliable SUV and scheduled an appointment for a showing. On the day of the appointment, I showed up and immediately appreciated that there was no pressure at all. Robert answered all my questions thoroughly, and I felt completely at ease throughout the process. After a credit check, we went over numbers, and he was upfront and honest. Another representative I am trully grateful for is Jimmy, for being awesome and making me feel at ease about my junky trade in vehicle I brought in 😩😅. If you're in the market for a vehicle, I definitely recommend Montebello Chevrolet based on the transparent, no nonsense experience I had.
