I have a beautiful 2024 Hot Spring Limelight Beam that has sat as our dry floor model in our Wilsonville store since 2024. This model is equipped with an upright SmarTop cover (MSRP $4200). The SmarTop is the last cover you will ever need and is made to last the life of the hot tub (no more cover replacements every 3-5 years). They can resist anything the NW weather offers such as frozen falling tree branches, piercing fallen tree branches, and much more. They also lock on both sides to prevent unwanted access. This hot tub comes with a full warranty which starts once the spa is delivered to your home and registered online. There are a few scuffs and scrapes on the tub, but nothing major. This hot tub can run saltwater, chlorine, or bromine. Alternatively, we can outfit it with an ozone system that releases a corona discharge to sanitize the water for an additional charge. We are a reputable dealer that has been in the Oregon/Washington market for over 45 years. Customer pickup only from our NE Portland warehouse. [ *Important Notice* ] Full factory warranty included! I am selling these for my company and do not own them myself; because of this, the prices are not negotiable. We do not offer financing or delivery for these, but can offer those services if you would like to purchase a brand new hot tub. I can help you with coordinating delivery - it is extremely simple and can happen the next day in some instances. These hot tubs are located in our Warehouse near the Portland Airport. Showings can be arranged between the hours of 10-2, M-F. We assume all liability while moving the tub from our warehouse to your vehicle and release all liability once it is on your truck. We can not assist with tying or strapping the tub down in any way. Because these hot tubs are being sold below cost, we can not make any extra concessions.
