Joe Brown, my service manager went above & beyond to make sure my car was serviced. This was my first experience with this AN location. I had previously used the one on Mt Moriah. They did ok for me on my last oil change but according to their schedule, it would be next week before I could get an oil change. I called the location on Hwy 64. A totally and complete different atmosphere.  I was under the deadline for an oil change before heading out of town next week.  I was blessed to be connected to Joe. He said come on by & I'll work you in.  I was the first in line this morning. He got me in and out in about an hour.  Very friendly atmosphere. Definitely will be back.

I recently bought a new ford explorer from Tommy Barkley at AutoNation Wolfchase Memphis TN.  The sale experience was excellent but after sale experience with Tommy Barkley was outstanding.  After I got my car home, I noticed for the first time that a front license plate mounting bracket had been installed.  Tennessee doesn’t require a front license plate and the mounting bracket was very unattractive.  I called Mr. Barkley to express my displeasure and asked if he could have it removed.  He said he didn’t know what could be done but he would check and get back to me.  About 15 minutes later Mr. Barkley called me and suggested that they could swap the front bumper from another explorer when they got one in that was the same color.  After about two months Mr. Barkley  called for me to bring my car in to swap the bumper.  After they got my car he called me back to say that the bumper on the car they had was not the correct match but he found another car that was and he was bringing it in to AutoNation to make the swap.  I got my car back the next day with the new bumper.  I was also furnished a loaner car while the work was being completed.  Mr. Barkley went above and beyond to make a customer happy.  I have never experienced this level of service from any car dealership or sales person.  Thank you Mr. Tommy Barkley and AutoNation Wolfchase!!

The Service guy Joe renew or restored my hope in FOMOCO and im 2nd generation FOMOCO generation employee it's a shame that as much as I paid for this beautiful vehicle as my 4th Navigator to have the trouble I have gone through. I pray that there's no more issues.  Thank you so much Joe it was comforting to know you truly cared especially since I was from 2.5 states away from home. Your female manager was awful and I pray that she neve have to be inconvenient like this or any one .

John the service tech was super nice & respectful. He arrived on time & greeted me with his name, hand shake, smile, explained where he was from & why he was at my home. He explained the information of what he was going to do & answered my questions with direct response like he knew exactly what he was doing with immediate explanations In depth of my questions. John was very professional well dressed for his job, shaven, clean cut even his hair. Very friendly in our general conversations. The repairs were done quite quickly and I could tell that it was professionally done. I had him sign off on the recall sheets of the work that had been done and dated. I like to keep good records. John was was doing all that he could do to make me happy. John comes highly recommended by me.
