I am genuinely not a fan of dealerships or the car buying process but Ken Grody Ford in Redlands I will go to without hesitation. They have a great selection of new vehicles, special editions and top quality used inventory. They don't try to pressure you and have always gone above and beyond for us. 12/10 would recommend! Chase V. Was our sales consultant and he was able to answer every question I had, was honest and patient with me and went above and beyond to get the car ready.

Worked with a great guy Sherif Hamad! Right out the gate he let us know there are no dealer add ons being forced and they had plenty of stock for us to choose from but if they didn’t have it they would get it! It was honestly refreshing to have someone be up front and honest, no slimy tricks or back and forth. We found the vehicle we wanted within 20 minutes and they even matched the financing we had with our own bank but they do accept options contracts. Down to earth great group of people that work there everyone was funny which made the process go by a little faster but it couldn’t have been any easier. I will go back in the future and I hope Sherif is my salesman every time!

I purchased a pre-owned 2022 Ford Bronco on 10/20/2025. I found the vehicle online, did not test drive it, and decided the next day to move forward with the purchase. The dealership delivered the vehicle to my home in Palm Springs, about an hour away, which was convenient and appreciated.
Up until delivery, Fabien, the salesperson, was great. However, things went downhill after that.
I later shipped the vehicle to my home back east. During transport, the temporary paper plates were shredded due to wind while on the transport truck. I notified Fabien around October 27th that my temporary plates were destroyed and requested replacements. He told me I would need to bring the vehicle back to the dealership so they could reprint and install new plates. I explained that this wasn’t possible because the vehicle was now out of state.
A couple of weeks later, on November 3rd, I was pulled over and issued a ticket because the temporary plate was shredded. When law enforcement ran the plate, it showed a different number than what was displayed on the vehicle.
Since November 11th, I have called, texted, and left messages for Fabien, the finance department, and the dealership, with little to no response. Yesterday, I texted Fabien again and was told someone from finance—possibly named Josh—would reach out. I still haven’t heard from anyone.
I now have a court date on December 30th and need proof that the vehicle is registered in my name and that the plate information matches. At this point, I’m still trying to figure out where my correct plate is, and this entire situation has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
To add to this, I’ve already driven the vehicle about 1,000 miles and had to get an oil change at Ford, which cost me around $100. I don’t expect reimbursement, but it’s worth noting given everything else going on.
I shouldn’t have to leave a negative review to get help, but here we are. I’m hoping someone finally reaches out now that this review is posted, because this situation needs to be resolved immediately.

We were at the hospital waiting for our 4th grandson to be born. But we wanted to get our truck and they made it easy to be able to purchase it right from the hospital. With Docusign it was very easy. Thank you Ken Grody Ford Crew you All are Awsome!

From initial inquiry to the final signing of documentation, this whole first experience has been so easy. Not only was this my first experience buying a Ford vehicle, but also my first experience doing most of it online!
When I first inquired about this particular vehicle on the lot, Joe Picasso reached out to me to get more details, ensuring this car fit my wants and needs. I informed him of the kind of payment packages I had in mind, etc., and that I had a pre-approval from my bank already, which made things easier.   From there, Joe did everything within his power to ensure he could put together a competitive pricing package to beat or exceed any other dealerships I was also looking at.
Jesse Ramos, also joined this effort and empowered Joe to ensure I was happy with what they were offering.
Finally Josh in finance took the time to patiently go over different finance plans, and even found a lower offering than what my bank, Chase provided, which was already pretty good.
During all this time, all of your staff took their time to explain things, were very patient, and took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for. They ensured that I was comfortable with the deal they provided and never made me feel pressured.
I am very happy to have come away with a dream car that checked off all the boxes!
