I purchased a Hyundai Elantra from this dealership on June 23rd, and there was a promotion offering $2,000 in cash support. When signing the contract, they told me the check would be ready within two weeks. I told them I would return a month later—after the purchase—to pick up the registration and license plates. I assumed I would receive the check when I went to collect those documents, but they told me I would only get it after making the first payment; that was the first point of disappointment. I went ahead and made the first payment as instructed. I have now called them again to ask when the check will be ready, and they are telling me I need to make the second payment. I do not appreciate being constantly misled with incorrect information. I still haven't received the check, and I suspect they have no intention of giving it to me.
