5 out of 5 at this dealership. I've been shopping around for a new truck that fits my needs, my price, and the looks i want for awhile. In my search I came across this dealership through a friend of mine who recommended this dealership who previously dealed with Nick Sanchez. I connected with Nick and we worked over the phone and that experience is what sent me on a 3+ hour drive to this dealership. Guys honest and straight to the point. Dude even went out all out and provided as much info and media I needed on the possible truck prospect and then some. Guy really knows his stuff too and gave me pointers on what I should get to upgrade my truck with when its time too. As for the dealership, its huge, busy, clean, and lots of vehicles in and out all day. Vehicles are really well spaced out so you can properly give them a look around. Plenty of sitting space inside too. Theres also a little kids area to keep them entertained with a movie or shows. Lots of accessory display but could be a little more but that isn't a complaint. I highly recommend anyone shopping around to check this place out.

I was able to find the car I wanted here.  The sales process was fast and easy.  Tatum and Dylan are taking great care of us as we go through the shipping and delivery process.

8/17/25 We’ll we took delivery of our brand new RAV4 last week.  It is everything I expected from Toyota including expensive.  The car was promised by 6 September, but arrived on the 12th of August.  The staff were all very helpful and friendly.  The salesmen Tatum and Dylan were easy to work with and we were contacted by the General Manager, Neil Underwood to assure we were satisfied with their service.  Eleno in the finance department did our paperwork in record time, but it still seems like forever when you are just waiting to get in your new car and ride.  Phil Cash, the sales manager, said to contact him if we have any issues.  All in all I think this was a quick and easy process and the car look beautiful.

I wanted to share how impressed I was with the sales team at AutoNation Toyota Tempe. I have been searching for a 2026 4Runner Platinum in Red for 8 months. When I found one listed as in transit, I contacted AutoNation immediately. Salesman Cedric was personable and extremely helpful throughout the process, and immediately got the vehicle reserved for me. Sales manager Dan Fazio was patient and supportive as I navigated what I felt was a complex transaction, especially with registering my new 4Runner out of state.

Finance employee Omar also deserves special mention — he remained calm and understanding while I struggled with a wire transfer that kept failing due to my bank’s fraud protections. It was a frustrating situation on my end, and his steady approach made a real difference. In the end, we found a solution that worked well for both of us.

This dealer has an outstanding staff, and I truly appreciate the professionalism and courtesy they showed at every step. No surprises, no high pressure, no tricks.
