Google Reviews

I recently purchased a used car from Real Deal Auto and honestly the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. Buying a used car usually comes with a lot of stress and trust issues, but the team here handled everything very professionally. They guided me properly, answered all my questions patiently, and never forced me into making a quick decision. The condition of the car was exactly as they described. No hidden issues, no fake promises, and all the documents and paperwork were handled very smoothly. The best thing was that whatever commitment and guarantee they gave me before the purchase, they completely stood by it afterwards as well. That level of honesty is very rare in the used car market nowadays. The payment process was also very easy and transparent with no complications at all. I really appreciated how respectful and cooperative the staff was throughout the deal. Even after the purchase, they stayed in touch and made sure everything was going fine with the vehicle.
If anyone is looking for a trustworthy and reliable used car dealer, I would definitely recommend Real Deal Auto. Great customer service, genuine cars, and a very professional attitude. Completely satisfied with my purchase.

STAY AWAY!!!! My 17 year old daughter bought her 1st car and sad to say it was a horrible experience. There were red flags and we should have never signed the contract. They would not allow us to drive it on the freeway.

She drove it home and that's when rhe issue occurred. Engine lights came on and they do not want to fix anything and want to return half of what we paid for.

We should have done a better job at looking at these reviews.

No mater how good it sounds.

They were fully aware of the issue with the car and still sold it.

DO NOT DO IT!

They provide attentive and personalized customer service throughout the entire vehicle purchasing and ownership experience. From the initial greeting to post-sale follow-up, They focus on building trust by being transparent, knowledgeable, and responsive to each customer’s needs.
They actively listen to understand customer preferences, budget, and concerns, allowing them to guide me toward the best vehicle options without pressure. They maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor, ensuring i feel comfortable asking questions and confident in their decisions.
I they where effective at explaining vehicle features, financing options, and service plans in a clear and honest way. They also handle concerns or objections calmly, working to resolve issues quickly while maintaining customer satisfaction and dealership standards.
In addition, They collaborate closely with sales, finance, and service departments to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for me .

The worst place you can possibly even think of buying a car from, they’re all heavily used junk cars. The salesman tried to sell me a car with 251,000 miles on it as if it had any life left in it. Probably wouldn’t even make it out the lot lol I don’t recommend talking to them. Also they false advertise and there website says they’re open from 11-8:30 but I guess business is really slow so they don’t honor there own time they set. All in all this is a shady business that probably should be closed permanently idk we’ll see what the better business bureau has to say.

I highly recommend to come check them out. They work with you even on a low down payment. I’m happy to be able to drive away with a 2018 Nissan pathfinder.
