Description

Traveling Man Treasures is selling this iconic "Stargazer" female bust sculpture, originally designed by renowned artist David Fisher for Austin Productions Inc. in 1980. The sculpture is in good condition with minimal wear and no breaks, cracks, or major chipping. This highly sought-after piece beautifully marries Mid-Century Modernism with an elegant Art Deco Revival aesthetic. It features the stylized, fluid profile of a woman with her head tilted gracefully upward toward the heavens, framed by swept-back, textured hair. While most "Stargazer" sculptures were produced in a standard beige stone finish, this particular example boasts a striking, much harder-to-find matte black finish. DIMENSIONS: 13.5" H x 7.5" W x 6" D Traveling Man Treasures Curiosity vault is a small vintage/antique/antiquity shop located in Portland, OR, focused on selling hard-to-find culturally & historically diverse items as well as unique art and sculptures.
