I rented a vehicle from your company and have been using it for about three months, paying $1,500 every month. When it was time for the first maintenance service, I scheduled an appointment and drove 90 miles to be there. However, once I arrived, no one helped me at all.

When I asked why they weren’t assisting me, they responded in an unprofessional, mocking way, telling me things like, “There are places outside that do maintenance for $50 or $100, you can just go there.” Their tone was disrespectful, sarcastic, and clearly intended to make fun of me.

As you can see in the photos, the staff looked at me, laughed, and made jokes instead of doing their job. They caused me an extremely stressful and humiliating experience.

When I told them I wanted to speak with upper management to report their behavior, all of them gathered together and tried to force me out of the shop. At that point, I told them, “I’m done with this nonsense. Give me my key so I can take my car and leave.” Instead, they refused to return my car and my keys, and continued to mock me.

I was forced to call the police just to get my own vehicle back.

On top of all this, I later discovered that important personal items inside my car—including my wallet—had been moved, touched, or mixed around without my permission. This is completely unacceptable.

I will be filing a formal complaint against your company for the following reasons:
•	Loss of time
•	Extreme disrespect
•	Humiliation
•	Physical intimidation
•	Tampering with my personal belongings
•	Refusing to return my vehicle and keys
•	Creating a hostile and unsafe environment

This behavior is an absolute disgrace.
