A-R Auto is a smooth dealership experience. Being new to the uniqueness of the salvage vehicle market and experience, I was and still am simultaneously relieved and extremely pleased with my purchase of a nearly-new Tacoma.
Andrey and Serge are informative and cordial. With the seemingly endless scenarios of what could come to mind with a salvage vehicle, these gentlemen helped put my mind at ease, explaining what they were able to about the vehicle. We negotiated the price and readily came to an agreement.
The process did not end there, and in the following couple days Serge absolutely bent over backwards to ensure my ongoing questions were answered, that small details were addressed, including doing an additional OBD code scan in my presence, verifying all keys/locks were good, and taking care of a missing jack handle/wrench.
Finally as I'm about to drive off, Serge rushes out holding up a nice set of factory floor mats which he presented to me. This is a respectful and trustworthy operation which I truly appreciate.

Couple months ago I purchased my great low mileage BMW. It was small damage and car runs like a champion! It's been great experience to dealing with Andrey about purchase the vehicle. Also I saved about 5000$ on purchase because of the rebuilt title! So if you guys looking to save money on your vehicle purchase that the right place to go.

I purchased a 2016 Mazda 3 from Audrey back in April of 2022. I put down a 500 deposit to hold the vehicle until I got there which was 3 weeks later. I didn't know if he was even a legit business at the time. I did do a little research and found out he had been in business for some time but that's about all I knew. I found the vehicle on Autotrader and he had it posted for 8k. I offered him 7k and he said ok. I live in Houston Texas and flew to Oregon not knowing what I was getting into and pretty much basing everything off of trust. Well I don't have any negative things to say but in fact only good genuine honest things. I couldn't be more happier. He was a man of his word and upheld everything we had discussed. When I got to his business he had the vehicle ready and it was exactly as described. I purchased it for my son and as you can see the pictures of before and after. I spent a total of 2k to get it fixed including new tires and rims and windows tinted. It took me 3 days to make it back to Houston and on my way home Audrey reached out to me to make sure I made it back home safely and to make sure I was happy with the vehicle. Granted I drove from Oregon to Idaho with only a zip tie holding the hood closed until I stopped by Walmart and bought a ratchet strap. The last thing I needed was for the hood to open up going 85mph in the middle of nowhere. Lol. I plan to purchase another vehicle from him soon, he has made a lifelong customer. Great place to buy damaged vehicles if you don’t have a dealers license and don’t want to pay huge fees at auctions. If you want a car at the fraction of the cost and don’t mind having to deal with all the repair work go here! Andrey will even help you find and order all the parts and direct you to one of the many shops he has in his network. I’ve bought 5 vehicles from AR in the past 3 years and have been completely satisfied.
