Convertible. Can be use open back or closed back. Metal handles. Lot’s of bottom end. quality built. Comes with cover It’s in great condition. I used it instead of my 4x12 for gigging and could not tell the difference. Loaded with a pair of Vintage 30s 12 inch 16 ohm speakers .
