These were the best Plasma Arc welders to ever be made. Thermal Arc was bought out in 2009 and these disappeared from the market. They are in such high demand in the automated welding realm, these are the best welders for automated longitudinal weld seamers for welding up roll formed tubing. They have maximum penetration with ⅓ the HAZ(Heat Affected Zone) of TIG welders, and they weld a super looking small bead. These are still supported by a few companies who make OEM based parts This welder won't last long.
