$210 Everlast Elite Freestanding Heavy Bag

Because your wife continues to make excuses why she won't spar with you, such as "I'm busy" or "I'm cooking dinner" or "I'm too tired," wait, that last one is an excuse for something else, or because your neighbor is not interested in standing there to receive your superior roundhouse kick and because you can't kick the dog, this makes for a great practice partner and won't talk back or complain. For striking and kicking workouts. Here are a few key features • Shock Absorption: Built with high-density foam and an air-foam chamber that delivers a realistic striking feel while minimizing joint fatigue. • Impact Ring: Includes Everlast’s signature power transfer ring at the collar. This mechanism absorbs impact and significantly reduces base movement or sliding during heavy striking. • Height Adjustability: The neck column can be configured across different height settings, accommodating different user heights and training styles. Base Filling Capacity The heavy-duty high-density base must be filled to prevent tipping. You can use either: • Water: Fills to approximately 250 lbs. This is ideal for quick setups and lighter, fast-paced cardio or technique workouts. • Sand: Fills to approximately 370 lbs. Sand provides superior overall stability and minimizes shifting when practicing high-power strikes and heavy kicks *Delivery Available
