The sales team at Auto Payless provided exceptional customer service. Antonio was professional, attentive, and made the entire car-buying process stress-free. I left with a great deal on a high-quality vehicle.

About a month ago I bought a car from this dealer. Sean was a sales person. He works good and he gets 4stars(minus one for involving in these shady schemes), but the thing is that sales person makes a sales and paperwork is on financing department, which has dishonest attitude to customers. In addition to the fact that the car requires investments(transmission, oil pan leak, rear rotors etc), which I found out about when signing the papers, the owner of the company Antonio said that with an installment plan for three months, their company will be listed on the title, but if I make a payment before August 8, the title will come with my name without adding their company to it. While at the dealer, I said that I would come and pay everything before August 8, since I do not want anyone to be listed on the title. Today, on August 5, I talked to Antonio, who, as it turned out, is also a finance manager. He said that they will check if they have already requested the Title, to which I said that I have three more days to make the payment, which I intend to make before August 7, since I do not want to see anyone in the title except me, but he began to explain to me with everyone that they send the documents in the first week, and perhaps the title already has their name and I will have to re-register it at my own expense. As a result, we had a conflict because they lied at the beginning regarding the payment until August 8. Also, this person systematically interrupted and I had to raise my intonation so that he would stop interrupting and start listening, which is extremely unprofessional on his part. The result of what came out: additional expenses for the car, lies during the transaction, incompetent behavior in the dialogue and incompetent attitude to the sale with added problems for the buyer. I do not think that I will recommend this dealer to anyone, rather I will voice it so that they avoid it. I will also add information to the reviews on how the situation was resolved so that people can soberly evaluate the work with this dealer. I will also add info on BBB, YELP, and other platforms to make sure people will be prepared

In September 2024, when we purchased our vehicle for a camper van conversion, our dear Sean immediately showed great empathy upon realizing we were new to the country. He first guided us towards the best financial credit options and spent around 20 days researching the most favorable rates for us.

He also advised us to get a 2-year warranty to minimize any potential issues while traveling across the country and to reduce the financial burden of any problems that might arise.

On October 17, 2025, when we experienced an alternator overcharge issue with our vehicle, Sean once again helped us efficiently communicate with the warranty company and guided us to a reliable repair service.

Thanks to Sean, what could have been a complicated situation—even for those familiar with the local advantages in our own country—was handled smoothly, allowing us to continue our journey with ease. We are truly grateful to Sean and the entire Payless team.

My experience at Payless auto was fantastic I have been to this lot at least 3 times during my car shopping. Sean was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through the entire process with ease. He’s patient in answering all my questions and made sure I felt confident in my decision. The paperwork was handled efficiently, and I was able to drive off the lot feeling excited and satisfied with my purchase. The overall atmosphere was friendly, and I felt like a valued customer.
