Bought a new Acura from Acura of Tempe last week. Everyone we dealt with was excellent, especially our sales rep Robert Ross. My name is Amy Kiesow Johnson and I am the daughter of Gary and Kathy Kiesow. I need to give praise and a shout out to David Bruntz and the service team. My parents traveled down to Arizona for a few months to escape the cold and snow of South Dakota. They have a "new to them" Acura and ran into an some car troubles while in the Phoenix area. They brought their car to Acura of Tempe and were helped by David Bruntz. As a daughter thousands of miles away and an Acura employee, it was so comforting to hear my mom give me up-dates on the status of their vehicle. These updates were provided by David day in and day out while their car was in the shop. Communication with customers makes or breaks a business and David went ABOVE and BEYOND his call of duty. David also provided the use of a loaner vehicle so my parents could go about their day to day activities.
