The DRO resolution must be set to completely match the linear scale precision. (This kit default is 5um/0.005mm/0.0002" resolution) 9 Pin Connection Readout only allows TTL square wave signal input through 9 pins connector, which completely matches the linear scale encoder . Pin 1 to 4 connects +5V,0V,A,B , and the pin 5-9 are blank. REPEATABLE POSIIONING Sensor adopts the precision metrology grating as the measurement standard. And the sliding parts have excellent repeatable positioning performance. And black plastic cover to protect the read head during transpotation, just need to remove it after installation . 3 METER SIGNAL CABLE & ACCESSORIES Signal cable uses multilayer shielded wire steel and metal shell to provide extra protection .
