Credor Pacifique Seiko

Up for grabs is this Seiko Credor 8J82-0ACO Pacifique made in July of 2003. I can't seem to get away from these hyper accurate Japanese watches. This Credor Pacifique sports an 8J82 movement that's accurate to 10 seconds per year. It's running strongly with no issues that I can detect. The case is a mix of polished and brushed stainless, and it shows use throughout - mostly swirls and small scratches. The case is 35mm × 44mm. Lugs are 19mm wide. The star of the show here is the dial. In most lighting, it looks flat and black. Only when the light catches it do you see that the interior has a guilloche finish and the exterior is a brushed sunburst. And it's not black at all, it's a deep and warm brown. I'm not sure if the dial has aged this way or if it was originally created as brown, but it's beautiful. The applied numerals, indices, and polished hands really make this dial pop. It has a 3D look to it that's nearly impossible to capture in photos or video. The watch comes on a thinline, dark brown strap that compliments the dial well. Also included is the original Credor deployant that you can use on a v strap of your choice.
