More to come.  I’ll be honest about my experience and what I was told   It’s only fair to us consumers to get a real picture of what you’ll maybe get into
I can only add to this review of my experience
After driving back to Dallas from Houston I spoke with Jeff who raised his voice at me and told me he wasn’t doing any further business with me
I mention I was a repeat customer and have spent close to a hundred grand with Century.  He told me he didn’t care if I spent that or any amount
He then told me “if” I removed my review he would then maybe help me.  I removed it. And went to century’s pro shop to get the truck looked at   The person at the service desk called Jeff and after they’re conversation I was told me this is not under warranty ( but I’m still with in the 30 days )
And he couldn’t help me either tried to reach back to Jeff and he wouldn’t even respond back to me

Run. Run. Run away from these people. They’ll lie to you to get the sake and as soon as you drive off the lot. It’s a whole different story
At least it was with me.

We came in to test-drive a work truck, and Jeff Rhodes assisted us. We had called ahead and he was waiting for us at the door. It was raining and he offered an umbrella, and pulled the truck up so that we didn’t get wet. He was incredibly respectful, patient, and friendly — just an overall great person to work with.  10/10

Had a great experience with Nikki and Carissa at Century Trucks. She greeted us at the door, and showed us a few trucks over a few days of back and forth. Although we might have been a hassle with a few days worth of visits, she was very dedicated and professional about truck buying.
