I bought a 2019 F150 limited this month from, Jeremiah WAS A BULLFROG….. sorry, it’s just Jeremiah I want to say the first part when I met him but was to chicken.

Anyway, I was in the market for a truck, a nice truck in my price range of about 30,000 bucks. In my vast search of the internet I found many trucks that fell into that category. This truck was the best bang for my buck in my opinion. 73,000 miles and a 2019 Limited with massage seats. It was a little bit more than I wanted to spend. The other trucks I looked at the around this price typically had significantly more miles, or was quite a bit older. So I sent a request online about there truck and Jeremiah is who reached out to me. He was polite, well spoken and had clear communication. I told him where I wanted to be and I feel he did his best together me there. I had an older trade in and there initial offer was acceptable compared to what other dealers offered me for it. Would I of liked more, yes but at the end of the day it was a well used 1999 f250 gasser. Other dealers would be firm at 1,000 bucks, they gave me 3,000 which I could have probably got more private party but not much more in my opinion. The offer of 3,000 was right out of the gate and on par with my Carvana offer. So with the trade in I feel that went well.

I did a quick check of the truck. I would consider the condition to meet standards for a vehicle being resold by a dealer. The test drive went great and I found no major issues with the vehicle.

They were transparent and provided a carfax that showed the vehicles history which looked good. We talked numbers and they had minimal add ons and we landed on a number quickly without the dicking around aspect which is nice as I’m a busy guy. With final price in hand I went to the bank and got them there money. Signing went quick and the staff was very personal. They did not attempt to shame me into buying extra prop, they just mentioned what they had to offer and that was it. They gave us the keys and that was it we drove off into the sunset satisfied with the purchase. I chuckled as Jeremiah said after the test drive when I confirmed I wanted the truck “Are you ready for the easiest car purchase?” I had chuckled as this typically is not the case I have experienced, but all in all I think it was definitely one of the easiest I’ve had out of the multiple purchases at various dealers over the years. I would definitely buy from again if they have a vehicle I was looking for at the right price.

Frontier Fords Service Department was stellar last week. My car decided not to start at the gas station, called a tow truck but it finally started. The tow driver followed me to Frontier. (Also super nice!) It was determined the purge valve needed to be replaced. Amanda kept me informed of the cost and when it could be expected to be finished. It was done sooner than I expected and pickup was a breeze. I have to say, I was very impressed because I have avoided Frontier for several years because of a service department issue. Clearly, they have corrected and have considerate, friendly and efficient staff on board. I would recommend their dealership for quality service

This was the easiest truck purchase i have ever made. Andre saw that we were having trouble with our current truck and made the process to purchase a new truck pain free. They also offered a fair value for our trade. A great price for the new truck and have a low tax rate compared to other cities.

My recent experience servicing my Expedition at Frontier Ford Anacortes was nothing short of dissatisfaction. What was quoted as a two-hour job (7:45 AM - 9:45 AM) inexplicably dragged on until 11:15 AM. The extended wait, however, pales in comparison to the damage inflicted upon my vehicle. My Expedition's rim was clearly damaged, adorned with egregious grease marks and inexplicable scratches. This isn't just shoddy workmanship; it's outright disrespect for a customer's property. It's evident the technician(s) lacked care and attention, leaving me with a vehicle in worse condition than when I brought it in. Avoid this service center at all costs if you value your vehicle. As you can see in the invoice - a multipoint inspection was supposedly performed but did not catch the RIM damage (annotated in red in the photos). Additionally, any sort of reputable service would include a "final look" or "quality assurance" once-over to verify work was done correctly. Damage was done to at least 2 rims, all rims were dirty w/ grease, tires were improperly inflated but as much as 15%, and 1 wheel center cap was damaged.

Our car was in Frontier Ford’s possession for two months, two weeks, and three days, and only worked on during the final week. This is not just the most incompetent service center I’ve dealt with—it’s the most incompetent business I’ve ever encountered. My advice: do not have your vehicle serviced here, and if you don’t own a Ford, don’t buy one, so you never have to.

The ordeal began June 12, 2025, when Frontier Ford picked up our car with a check engine light. A competent service center usually calls the next day with a diagnosis. Frontier Ford didn’t. When we called, they said “coolant leak.” The next day: “the coolant leak destroyed your engine—$12,000 to fix,” more than the car was worth. In panic, we rushed to buy a replacement vehicle. Their sales department then offered us $100 for our car—the cost of two wiper blades.

Something felt off. I called our original dealer (Bill Pierre Ford), who confirmed we had an extended warranty covering the repair. Frontier Ford never checked. Instead, they blamed us for not disclosing warranty info up front—something every other service center I’ve ever used looked up themselves via VIN.

What followed was 10 weeks of excuses, eluding us, and missed deadlines. Frontier Ford almost never called us; we had to chase updates once or twice weekly. 80% of the time our agent was “busy” or “on break” and never returned messages. Reasons for delays constantly shifted: waiting on Ford Corporate to decide on coverage, confusion about whether they could use a different engine, or “misrouted paperwork” because they hadn’t updated a technician’s ID number. Every promised milestone—approval, ordering parts, delivery, repairs starting, completion—was missed.

Our first agent eventually “departed,” and the Service Manager took over. He admitted he could only “email Ford Corporate,” and often wasn’t even on-site. He once told me he’d be there until 5 p.m. every day; when my wife used PTO to meet him in person, he wasn’t there.

After six weeks, I escalated to the General Manager. One hour later, I got a call claiming Corporate had approved the warranty and parts were ordered. Days later, they backtracked, saying the work hadn’t been approved after all. This cycle of confusion continued for weeks.

Finally, on August 22—over two months later—we learned our car was actually being worked on. On August 26, repairs were done. When the car was returned, the interior was filthy: red stains on the door handle, debris all over the floor. After repeated complaints, they reluctantly picked it up, washed it, and returned it in acceptable condition. Even the delivery was botched—the driver didn’t show up the first day, and we had to reschedule.

In total, we lost an entire summer without our car. We wasted PTO hours, borrowed a friend’s car, spent extra on gas and ferries, and endured constant disruption to our work and family. All because of Frontier Ford’s mismanagement, incompetence, and indifference.

At least they waived the $100 warranty deductible—the same insulting amount they first offered to buy our car.

This isn’t just our story. Other reviews describe the same pattern: long delays, poor communication, missed deadlines, and conflicting reports.

Final warning: Frontier Ford cannot be trusted. Do not service your vehicle here. Do not buy a Ford if it means you’ll ever have to.
