I selected this car after searching on the various sites and then crossed my fingers that it was as described. I flew in from New Orleans with the intention of buying the car and driving it to Santa Fe, NM. When I arrived, they had the car clean and ready for me, and I took a quick test drive. Noticed a couple of things, a little handle that kept falling off and window tint that would be illegal in my state. Everyone was fabulous, and instead of directing me to a tinting shop, they just removed the tint for me - on the spot and for NO CHARGE!!! They fixed the handle and while I was waiting, they offered me breakfast! Everyone was professional, friendly, and made me feel welcome and a valued customer. Drove the car 850 miles over the next two days and I am delighted with it - it was just as they said it would be. I definitely recommend this dealership! Thanks to the whole crew for taking such good care of me!

Purchased my Equinox in December 2023 and I. LOVE. IT. It drives nice. The description online matched. Drive Nation Auto owner and employees were all welcoming and kind. Even though the lot is small the selection was great. Had a small minor chip on glass and they repaired it. And when I came back a little over a month to get my plates, the owner remembered my name, I was wowed.
