Pair of Antique Cast Iron Medusa Wall Planters - 30” Tall

Up for sale is a stunning, rare matching pair of heavy Antique Cast Iron Wall-Mounted Planters (Wall Pockets). These feature an incredibly detailed Victorian style with an intricate open-scroll trellis design, classical Medusa/Green Man face medallions, and stylized dolphin accents. These are 100% authentic architectural salvage left in their original, unaltered weathered state. A lot of antique collectors and designers prefer them this way, as the rustic patina and original surface rust give them a genuine historical character that you cannot replicate with modern reproductions. They are ready to hang immediately on a patio wall, fence, or entryway. You can drop small potted plants right into the semi-circular pockets, or line them with coco coir for direct planting. Dimensions: * Height: 29.5" inches tall * Pocket Width: 9" inches wide across the back * Material: Heavy, solid cast iron Selling as a matching pair only.
