Purchased January 2021 from Ride O’Side and still under factory warranty (5 year motor/battery, 10 year frame). Always stored in my insulated garage. This is a big bike, probably not good for anyone under 5’6. Needs nothing to ride, may need brakes soon, I already purchased a pair of brake pads that you can have. Bike gets lots of compliments everywhere I go. Loved riding it mostly with my daughter with me, but she’s getting to big for both of us on one bike so I am going back to a regular pedal bike so can both ride together. Bike is a beast and hits 28 mph+ on flat ground. Goes up hills with minimal pedal engagement. I do ride the bike once a month and charge the battery regularly.
