Overall, the sale process was smooth. My salesperson, Ryan, responded to questions and calls quickly, and I ended up purchasing a very low-mileage BMW M8 soft top convertible for my wife. We specifically asked for — and were assured — that the car would be shipped in an enclosed trailer. Instead, due to what they called a “miscommunication,” the car  was sent on an open trailer from Jacksonville to Indianapolis, exposed to the elements. It arrived filthy, out of gas, and I received no notification that it was even in transit. I only found out because the driver called from an unknown number saying he’d be at my house in an hour. Luckily I happened to be in town.

The Carfax originally listed with the vehicle showed it hadn’t had an oil change in two and a half years. I was told this would be taken care of before shipping. Once the car arrived, I went to print the Carfax and discovered it had been removed and was no longer accessible. I called Ryan and asked for a copy of the Carfax and to confirm what brand and weight of oil was used so I’d know what to add if needed.

Since that call, communication has gone silent. No returned calls, no follow-up, nothing.

When you buy from a place like this, you pay top dollar because they have the exact car you want — and you expect the service to match. The car itself cleaned up beautifully and my wife loves it, but the logistics, communication failures, and lack of follow-through were disappointing at best.

1. A copy of the Carfax
2. The brand and weight of the oil used in the most recent service

The owner reached out directly and provided the Carfax I had requested, and I appreciate management stepping in to resolve that quickly. The communication and delivery issues I described in the original review did occur, so I’m leaving that portion unchanged for transparency. That said, the follow-through from management showed they take customer concerns seriously, and I’m updating the rating to reflect the improved experience. The car itself cleaned up beautifully and my wife absolutely loves it.

I worked with Rudolf to purchase a 2020 Audi A4 Allroad from out of state. The process was very smooth and easy honestly. Rudolf helped make the process seamless and didn’t leave any questions up for interpretation. The car is in great shape and I could not recommend working with both Rudolf and Da Vinci enough!

I just bought a Porsche from another dealer, because they were rude to me.

I found car I was interested in online said was available here, I live in St John’s, and drove 30 min to the dealership to see it.

Let’s just say I was scolded for “showing up” without an appointment. The Porsche I was interested in wasn’t even on site. I was politely walked out and told they sell almost all their cars online…. I have never felt so mistreated as a customer.
This place looks amazing online, it’s in the hood off Emerson st next to a strip club looks like an auto body shop. Unfriendly staff, there digital footprint looks amazing ….in person and onsite you feel catfished.

Luckily I found and bought a Porsche Panarema the next day from a dealer that wasn’t too busy to take my money. Buyer beware.

RUDOLPH helped my girlfriend and I obtain this beautifully spec’d C8 seamlessly. From one car guy to another he made the buying experience very great by creating a personal relationship with me. & for the first time buying a car from out of state as well it was super easy. From trailer to garage, Jacksonville to St Louis, it made it here in QUICK, within 2 days. Highly recommend Da Vinci and RUDOLPH specifically if you do business with them.
