If you haven’t already, google him and you’ll see. Usually, he uses a vast color palette but with this pair, it’s a very simple white and beige theme. To some, that might be boring but to me, it’s thrilling to see these simple colors command so much vibrancy through the pottery itself. I also love the basic shapes he chose. A cylinder and an oval. That’s it. But again, it’s deceiving because they transcend simplicity into something ethereal and vibrant while remaining grounded in naturalness. Evans pottery is extremely pricy and even at $169 you are doing extremely well. Again, google his work and you’ll see that that is what one of his vessels go for at the very least let alone a pairing. The cylinder is 11” H and roughly 13” Around. The oval is 7” H and roughly 34” Around. There is a small hairline crack at the bottom of the cylindrical vase which is also why the price is substantially lower. Message me for more information.
