Buying from Taverna was one of the worst car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. I put $1,500 down on a vehicle, only to be told afterward that they had “other options in that price range.” It felt like they were just stringing me along instead of being upfront about what they actually had available.

The truck was missing a cup holder right from the start, and I’ve been waiting endlessly for someone to get back to me about fixing a broken windshield that should’ve been taken care of long ago.
