First off let me say you CAN’T make every customer happy, and the customer is not always right. Dave was super nice and helpful. Very accomodating and responsive. I will say that it probably helped that I had my own financing. We purchased a 2016 Yukon XL Denali. For being 9 years old it was in super clean condition with the expected wear and tear. We are very happy with our new to us Delani. Don’t judge a book by its cover!

I purchased a 2019 Ford F150 from them, started to drive it home and it immediately had shifting issues, leakage and overheating on the freeway. Their mechanic even said there were no issues with the transmission. I asked them to pay for the repair but they are not responding so now I’m seeking legal help.

I purchased a range rover, the exact one still on this website as the background. I put 7500 down. The vehicle took 21 days to ship to me. Came with a back dated contract from the original I signed. When away in the hospital for a week, only 15 days past my payment date, I was notified the dealership not the loan company had repossessed it. It sat in the recovery agency for a month. All communications stopped, they shipped the car back to CA from PA stating I needed to find a new loan company and repurchase the same vehicle that was still showing current on my credit report. Now taking double the loan amt for the same used car. Which I couldn't.  They (David same guy on all the negative reviews) refused to refund my deposit, took the car back, and all fees were paid same day from hospital bed. Ive made a police report in both states still waiting on a court date from which I filed. Can't wait to track the VIN for when they try to resell. My current credit report no lists like this purchase never happened. Current, open, never late. Now not reported. Will be fun in court!!!

I was happy when purchase this truck and also had purchase my wife car. In Feb i got a letter from the warranty that they had not pay for it and the warranty was cancel. Since then i being coming to get a refund and they being giving excuses. Now David don't want to contact the warranty or the Leander to get a cancellation letter. I have contacted both warranty and lender and both tell me the dealer need to call them. I wont recommend them at all. They are quick to grab the cash money but when they need to refund, they don't wanna to let go.

Crazy how after looking for a new car for about a month online and driving to so many dealers you decide to check out the small dealerships and find your dream car. We stopped to see if they had what we wanted & we spotted the Tahoe as soon as we pulled up. The car sales man Manny approached us with a big friendly smile, gave us info on the car and he never pushed us to make a deal. We left and thought about the car all day and night. The next day my husband went to test drive it and needless to say  the car was in my driveway the next day. We are so happy with it and we are especially happy with how friendly,  informative, and helpful Manny was with us. He was never pushy with us and was very patient.
Thank you guys for such a great experience.  We definitely will be visiting here first for our next car purchase!
