Vintage “Birdie Putt” mechanical cast iron coin bank, made in Taiwan, estimated 1970s. Heavy painted cast-iron construction depicts a golfer preparing to putt while a caddy stands beside a golf bag. The detailed green base features rows of golf tees and a raised “Birdie Putt” crossed-clubs emblem. The mechanical design was made to propel a coin toward the hole when activated, making this an appealing crossover collectible for mechanical-bank, vintage-toy and golf-memorabilia collectors. Original vintage painted finish shows age-related paint loss, chips, scuffs, oxidation and surface wear throughout, giving the piece substantial vintage character.
