For starters, before going into service I had somewhat of an idea of the repairs that would come. My service advisor, Eduardo, was great. He verified the concern with me and took detailed notes of my vehicles condition. He set the expectation and had the vehicle ready before that and put customer service first, always. His communication was top tier through and through. I will definitely return and work with him for my future service needs. My Q50 is running like new, thanks Cerritos Infiniti.

I truly appreciated the customer service provided to me during my most recent visit to Cerritos Infiniti. I must be honest in that I haven’t always had great experiences at Cerritos Infiniti. However, the service representative at this most recent visit, really took care of me by ensuring that I was provided all available discounts for the service that I was receiving and did so without even making a big deal out of it. But this meant a lot to me. He also made sure that I was kept aware of the status of my car. This is the first time I’ve experienced the system they use that keeps me informed on the status of my service through my iPhone and explains every area that they are providing service on as well as the reasons and pictorial narration if possible. This is the top Quality service that I remember Cerritos Infiniti providing in years past, and I’m so glad to see this is may be a sign of the future for them and for their customers.

I went in to fix 3 different recall issues. I was a little frustrated that I didn’t get car transportation to get back home and bank again to pick up my car. They only provided a one way Lyft voucher. They did have a shuttle to the mall and that was helpful. Unfortunately, my car had to stay overnight. Once I picked up my car it came out with a new issue. When I called to share of the new issue they said that I had to pay for a diagnostic. I called back again asked to speak to asst manager in customer service. JOhn was awesome. He talked to me respectfully and helped fix the problem. I am grateful.

I had an 8am appointment on a Saturday. I arrived on time and was greeted very kindly by one of the techs. They informed me my service advisor Eduardo would either meet me in the lobby or at my car. I waited in my car for maybe 2 minutes. Eduardo immediately comes out. Shakes my hand , with a warm nice good morning and smile. I told him what I needed and we walked in. Once my car was inspected I was sent a video , text and soon after Eduardo comes to the lobby to go over everything else that was needed. It was a lot more than I expected ( As far as the service and pricing as well). But, Eduardo worked with me and I was able to get everything my car needed and drove away feeling extremely happy with my service. Eduardo truly made my experience with Cerritos Infiniti THEE BEST!!! They have a lifelong customer now! Thank you 😊

The staff at Cerritos Infiniti was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Yanelly was my service advisor, she went above and beyond her job assisting me and answering ALL me questions. She as well followed up with me keeping me well informed on the tracking of my vehicle part, and returned my calls when she was away from her desk or on another call. She made it a point to follow up with me when she returned after her off day. I truly appreciate service like this, you rarely find people as such now a days. Keep up the good work 10 stars from me
