The wicker is in good overall condition, with some minor peeling in a few areas that could be easily touched up with paint. The cushions show some wear, including a few stains and one small tear on a cushion, as shown in the photos. Overall, it's a sturdy and functional set with plenty of life left in it. Also the tile on the fire pit has a crack. Patio set includes two chairs, a sofa, a table, a fire pit, and two ottomans/footrests. (Heaters not included)
