I bought this 31 ft camper from a tow company and they wrote me the bill of sale. I never got the title for it because it hasn't ever traveled except to my property. I didn't need it really so I never took the time to go get it. With that said ...the title is obtainable. You would have to take my bill of sale and go to the DMV to file a tow away title if you wanted to get it. The tow company picked it up after it was abandoned during an evacuation in the mountains. It was never claimed so they picked it up and then I bought it from them. It's a nice camper and everything works like it should. Needs a good detailing inside and a wash on the outside but other then that it's good to go. I put the features and details in the pics. Asking 6500
