I'm happy with the vehicle I purchased but was told by the owner my vehicle would be detailed cause it was still dirty inside and would cover the labor cost to fix the non working horn. Long story short detailed sucked and so did the service. The two times I called to schedule the horn repair I was told they will call me back shortly and then never hear from them. It's been weeks and at this point I'd rather not deal with these people and they deserve the one star. Spent $8700 and still have to spend an additional $7900 to repair all the things wrong with the vehicle.

They were amazing! My boyfriend had a horrible experience at a different auto place. We came here and they treated him great! Test drove a vehicle (Dodge ram) and he absolutely loved the rig!
The customer service is outstanding.
They are very fair and reasonably priced!! Nice crew!!
But the only complaint I have is the cleanliness of the place! It needs a woman's touch! Sadly we notice things like that!! But these guys are great guys. We never felt like we were being taken advantage of, at any time!!! Thank you

They get a 10 out of 10 in my book because I bought a car from them paid for it. It had a little bit of trouble. I had to get it back to Bend and one of their mechanics came fixed it up. A friend of mine was wanting to buy a used car and I recommended this place (after they mentioned they went to 3 other used car dealerships with no luck as to finding a good car fit for them) as I've had another friend buy a used car from here last year and he had mentioned how the employees were very nice and easy to work with (ive never purchased from them myself). The process from looking at the cars, to test driving, and finally deciding on purchasing the vehicle was very easy. My friend and I both thoroughly looked over the car, made sure there were no leaks, used an OBDII scanner to read for any codes, and checked all the fuses. After seeing that the only error code it read was for low tpms sensor batteries on all 4 tires that wasn't that big of a deal, we had talked to one of the employees about reducing the price of the car to accommodate the estimate we were getting online to fix that small issue we found and he was able to without a problem. Its been about 3 weeks now and my friend is loving her car and hasn't had any issues with it. She even took it to the mechanic just to get it looked at in case she had to worry about any future fixes, but besides some bulbs being out nothing looked off with it and seemed normal for the year of the vehicle.  I would say I will continue to let people know about this place to at least stop by and browse their selection, but of course with it being a used car lot, everyone should know to look over and do their research of the cars they are looking to potentially buy.

I took a chance since Edgewater had a very specific car I wanted (over 2000 driving miles away). Glad I did!  The staff was very friendly and the owner is definitely an automotive enthusiast. Held the car for a week after taking a deposit over the phone and after I purchased they kept it secure for another 3 weeks as I sorted out shipping back to my home state. Also no issue when I asked if I could make a YouTube video of the test drive 😀 Would for sure buy from Edgewater again!
