I worked with Stan to buy a 2015 Prius and he made the experience really smooth for me. I did a test drive, and they cooperated seamlessly with the mechanic I brought do the inspection. When I pointed out the condition of the tires, they offered to replace them with new tires at no extra cost! This was above and beyond what I could have hoped!

Pinch me, I must be dreaming.  This was the best car purchase experience I have ever had.  I had been shopping for a car for my son.  I ran across a 2015 Mazda CX5 they had and it hit all my requirements for a purchase.  I sent an email and Art called me back quickly to discuss the car and set up an appointment to see and drive the car.  Car was ready to go when I arrived.  Art went over the car features and answered all my questions and let us take a longer than usual test drive.  I had a few concerns but they gave me a 2 week warranty for those and 3 days to take it to my personal mechanic and get it checked out.  My mechanic had some concerns and I called Roman to talk about them.  He said bring it in and we will have a look.  It took a few days for parts but Roman addressed all the concerns and got the car in A+ shape without haggling or belittling the requests.  He was very genuine and concerned about getting a good car for my son to drive.  They even helped with financing for a reasonable rate and the overall price was negotiated in 15 minutes, where as I have spent over 4 hours at a dealership being exhausted by the back and forth and games they play.  The dealership location is unassuming and lackluster but they focus on the product not the building.  Do not be put off by that.  If you are in the market for a used car, give Romcar a shot for your business.

Excellent experience buying a used car at ROMCAR in Commerce. There was no pressure at any point, and the staff was friendly and did exactly what they said they would do. We were able to test-drive any vehicle we wanted, and when we chose one, they let us take it to our own mechanic  10 miles away for a pre-purchase inspection without any hesitation, they really made the process easy.

The entire process, from selecting the car to finalizing the deal, was smooth and straightforward. This will be my first stop the next time I need a car.

One of the best used car dealerships which I have purchased a car at. Stan is a nice and very patient salesperson. He had the car ready in less than an hour and allowed me to take all the time I needed to review the car. Stan is very low pressure and provided digital car history. The dealer is not fancy, but the car price is worth the effort.
