My first experience here with my kids was so great, I came back for a personal purchase. We had the privilege of working with Michael, David and Lorali. Thank the stars for these three. They were helpful, informative and friendly throughout the whole process. Feel like I have gained more family. Thinkin about buying a car ?? I had such a positive experience at three 21 auto. I am a first time buyer and Michael was my salesman. Michael made me feel comfortable throughout this whole process, I never felt pressured to buy the car or anything like that. Micheal had me speak with Pat to give me a better understanding about financing and what that looks like. I was surprised on how fast all this took. Even after I financed the car I was having some battery issues , Michael came to my house and jumped my car then took me to get a new battery. I don’t know about yall but what car salesmen is doing something like that. Micheal is such a genuine person and that’s what makes him a good salesman.  He takes care of his and I was so blessed to have such a positive experience with this company.

I don't usually leave reviews, but Three 21 Auto is well deserving of 5stars. Not like your normal shady used car lots. They welcome you like a family member with  friendly and professional greeting.
Michael and Yuri from the star asked questions about the vehicle I was looking for with a genuine care for my needs answering questions with no pressure to buy or get to the sales desk to do a deal.
They made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle I wanted and my experience.
We sat down and asked me what I needed to make the deal, then took it to Aaron.
Aaron again was professional and worked with me to make a win win deal.
Janet in finance is again friendly and welcoming with no pressure for extras, but has the answers if you are interested.
Best of all a portion of all sales go to charities,  most to downs syndrome.  You not only get a great vehicle but donate to downs syndrome.  You can't beat that.

I flew into Seattle from out of state to purchase a unique vehicle from Three21 Auto sight unseen. Michael Coffield did an excellent job showing the vehicle to me virtually, taking photos and videos of all of the features of the car and explaining the condition of the vehicle (which was truly excellent, 2% shy of perfect) honestly and upfront. At no point was I in doubt that the vehicle and three21 Auto were legit, and despite the fact that I was in a vulnerable position coming from out of state, I was treated honestly and fairly, unlike just about any other car dealership I've interacted with. Three21 Auto was very upfront about their modest document fee and facilitated the transaction in every way, even printing my insurance cards on the spot. Additionally, Janet in Finance processed the sale quickly while still explaining all of the mandatory documents. Even though they're on the other side of the country, I will still look at Three21 Auto for my next automotive purchase first and foremost because I know they'll take care of me like family.

After going from car lot to car lot, I went to three21 Auto and finally found what I was looking for. The staff were all super helpful and my salesman Michael took great care of me throughout the entire process. Michael made the whole car buying experience very easy and simple, making sure I got exactly what I was looking for! The lot is also family owned and operated, which was a huge plus for me. 10/10 experience and would definitely go there again!
