This is a set. Faux leather fringe skirt with a front slit. The top has padded shoulders. The brand is venti 6 but various different online boutique have sold this set. The set is brand new with tags and has never been worn before. I loved this set but I have larger more muscular thighs and the front slit wasn’t going to work for me. Would go great for someone with slimmer tights like the model. I am selling a lot of clothes so if you are interested please check out my other items! For reference I am about 117lbs, 5’3 and range anywhere from XS to S. Size 2-4. Measurements are 32C, waist 27, hips 37. Clothes are also listed on poshmark @Crosello
