New and sealed. Shrink wrap has a few small areas where it has split on the back. There’s scuffing all around and it’s hard to tell if the scuffs are on the the shrink wrap or the box. Contents: Rule book, 2 sided game board, deck of model and battle card, die cut counters, doors and character stand-ups, plastic card stand and dice. Pick up / meet up and cash only - no shipping on this item. I live in Newbury Park / Thousand Oaks, Ca area. Must pick up at my house or meet up fairly close to me as I rely on friends or family because I can’t drive. Thanks.
