Use hot spray steamer or hot towel steaming or bathing before using the facial pore cleaner. Turn on the machine and move the device slowly to the skin. Then the acne and some blackheads will come out. If the blackhead is deep please apply with blackhead derived lotion. Do not keep  the vacuum nozzle on the skin for long time, just move it around gently, otherwise it may hurt the skin. After cleaning the pore you can use any  skin toning solution appropriate for your skin type to close pores. warning-please try suction on your hand or arm to test pressure if its too high do not use .i personally used this product 100s of times with no issues but everyone is different.
