Well when we first came here back in August it was a positive experience! We got a nice black Cadillac Escalade. The car seem fine for about a month. We tried to call their mechanic several times and was told they were busy we would have to tow it at our expense and they would get to it. Well that is very inconvenient. It broke down in October and again in November. We put quite a bit of money into it. They finally towed it from our house we were moving from and told us the engine seized. Mind you it isn't even my car this is all me being with my best friend/ sister. Today December 27th I had no ey ready to put down in my name for again another one of their vehicles. This guy who was very rude and unprofessional tells me that it was her fault for the car to arrive with no oil or water. It was down for over a freaking month. It had a leak apparently. We spent so much money on oil and parts. So he tells me basically I can't buy a car from them because of her situation and them blaming her. I don't recommend them now. The blonde lady was the only nice one and conveniently not there. They lost my business for sure

This is the best used car buying experience I've ever had. Both Chris and Dave we're friendly and honest. The 2010 tundra I bought failed emissions inspection. They sent me to a muffler shop and had new catalytic converters installed at their cost. They never blinked an eye. Another thing that pleasantly surprised me is, there were no bogus add-on fees. The only amount added to the quoted price was sales tax. It is a great truck and I'm very happy with the deal. I would buy from them again and recommend them to anybody.

I had the best experience buying my Jeep .. Dave was amazing, answering a million questions before I even went to the lot .. I live in Dallas, so I wanted to be sure about what I was gonna get .. he was able to reassure me & alleviate all my concerns! I felt at home when I walked in & thrilled when I drove off!! I bought a used truck with them and after 600 miles driven (less than one month since I bought it) the truck started to heat up. We replaced the thermostat and then after 100 miles it was still doing the same, yesterday I went to DFW Auto Leader and the man that checked the truck told me that the it needed coolant, he put water on it and told me that I need to go to the mechanic, on my way home the check engine light turned on. I went back today to let him know and he printed out the information with the codes and explained it to me a little, I told him that I could bring the coolant and the transmission oil if his mechanic can do the labor but he said that this could only be done in January. I trusted in this people, what a mistake!!!! So sad!!! 😞

From the moment I showed up I felt comfortable and was greeted in a hospitable manner. Bridgette was sweet and offered me anything I needed while I waited for the salesman David to return from lunch. I did not have an appointment but everything went smoothly. I went to DFW auto leader because A friend of mine has purchased several cars from this place and highly recommended it. I highly recommend it as well. Look forward to continuing business with this place. 5 stars
