Alex was an amazing car salesman from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, patient, and truly listened to what I wanted instead of trying to upsell me. I genuinely do not understand how this dealership has positive reviews.

We purchased a 2017 Range Rover on February 20th for $13,000 cash. Within 24 hours, the check engine light came on and my driveway was covered in oil. I immediately contacted the dealership and was told the manager wasn’t in but would call back later. That call never came.

By Monday, the engine bay was smoking. I called again and was told they might be able to look at it when they service the airbag light later that week. In the meantime, we took the vehicle to Range Rover directly. They found multiple serious issues, including intake leaks, transmission pan leaks, and recommended replacing the crankcase.

Despite being told we would receive a follow-up call, no one from the dealership has reached out.

On top of that, our experience with the salesman, Alex, was extremely disappointing. He was either completely uninformed about the vehicle or pretending to be. He frequently interrupted us, seemed dismissive, and provided no meaningful assistance when problems arose.

Spending $13,000 cash on a vehicle that immediately has major mechanical issues is unacceptable. We expected honesty, communication, and basic accountability — none of which we received.

I don’t often leave reviews, and I’ve never left a negative one before, but I feel obligated to warn other car buyers about our experience.

The staff we interacted with were generally friendly, but the office itself is extremely poorly managed. We asked to test drive a specific vehicle and were shown a completely different one — same model, but a different year, mileage, trim, and vehicle history. We were not made aware of this at the time. We then waited over two hours with our small children to complete paperwork, during which multiple errors had to be corrected. At one point things were delayed even further because our key was given to the wrong person, who then left.

We trusted that the vehicle we were shown was the one on the paperwork but it was in fact for a car we had never actually seen. When we got home, we realized the vehicle we drove away in was not the car we had purchased and did not legally belong to us.

When we contacted the dealership, there was little sense of urgency or accountability. We had to push to get any kind of resolution, which ultimately amounted to very little. The focus seemed to be on quietly swapping the vehicles and moving on. We were even told by staff that this was not the first time this had happened — which was extremely concerning.

Afterward, communication became even more difficult. We repeatedly called and emailed regarding our second key, plates, and warranty, and no one seemed to know what was going on. We eventually learned we needed to come back in person, only to be met with confusion again — even after having spoken with them the day before. We were given unclear or inconsistent information and had to continuously follow up just to get basic answers.

This was an incredibly frustrating experience. We gave the dealership multiple opportunities to make things right, but the lack of organization, communication, and accountability made this far more stressful than it ever should have been including having to take multiple days of PTO to get things fixed. We will not be returning and cannot recommend this dealership. I sincerely hope others do not go through the same headache, but feel it’s important to caution buyers about the serious mistakes that occurred here.

I bought a 2014 Audi from Alex and I had a horrific experience, a few days after the purchase a low oil light came on they referred me to there partnering mechanics who only filled it up never fixed the problem, they continuously gave me the run around and had me drop the vehicle off with no one there and returned it to me and had me sign a document saying it was fixed but I  have no idea if they did anything at all and the check engine light came on right after, zero accountability from Alex and I communicated with him from day one, was completely understanding and tried working with him. It was never disclosed prior to the sale that there where issues with the vehicle, overall they lied, do not purchase here they will scam you!
