Description
Beautiful, substantial solid teak outdoor seating set consisting of: • 1 two-seat sofa • 2 matching lounge chairs • Outdoor washable cushions included Dimensions: Sofa: 51½"W × 32½"D × 27½"H Chairs: 28"W × 32½"D × 28"H The teak has the natural weathered/patina look you expect from older outdoor teak and has sun/weathering. The frames are substantial and sturdy. Some screws just need to be tightened. You can refinish and stain to your liking. The cushions are firm and recently washed. One side has some older staining from being the exposed top, but the other side is now being used as the top and presents very nicely. No need to replace the cushions to use the set. It is most likely from an older Restoration Hardware Belvedere Teak collection. Where the set is currently priced at $10k++. The used chairs alone are being sold for almost $7k. This is a heavy, high-quality outdoor set — not lightweight mass-market patio furniture. Priced to sell. Local pickup in Santa Monica. Buyer responsible for moving/transport. Please message if interested.
