I had to come and leave an update. My sons car had a few safety features that needed to be fixed. The drivers window doesn’t come down and the mirrors can not be adjusted bc there is just a hole on the door, the transmission and front differential is both leaking, the back hub bearings and his axle are all bad also. We were told when he signed that he would be getting warranty but after we left they wouldn’t fix his car bc they said he doesn’t have warranty in his contract. He since had to buy another car bc he couldn’t afford the necessary repairs and he drives out of town for work a lot. We are returning this car today… I would’ve hoped they would at least have a 30 day warranty just to know we are buying a sound car.

Pay attention to your paperwork and make sure you really have some type of warranty.

It’s called a used car inspection to make sure  at least the safety features work. They only offered my son $500 for this car when he went to trade it but it was sold for thousands. I wish they followed through on the warranty that they said he had. He went back the next day and no one would help.

My husband and I recently purchased our dream car from Inside Car Guys and had an amazing experience. The car we purchased was on consignment and they did an incredible job advocating for both me and the seller to create a win-win situation.

Throughout the process the team went above and beyond. The sales team was very knowledgeable and helpful, the dealership is well connected and has a shop down the street so I was able to have the car inspected prior to purchase, and once we had a deal the paperwork process was so efficient I was blown away.

Working with Inside Car Guys was, hands down, the best car buying experience and I cannot recommend this team enough.
