Unfortunately my review of this van has gone south. We've had nothing but trouble with it. We're having new tires put on it, and found out one of the rims is chewed up. It was sold to us like that!! Also, when we had someone lookin underneath it, the undercarriage is falling apart!! We've only had it 2 years.

Best car buying experience EVER!! Today I picked up my 2018 ford escape and I absolutely LOVE it!! Mike and Logan are the best! They both went above and beyond to get me into this vehicle, any issues that popped up, they took care of them and definitely did right by me. Thank you both so much for everything you did. I would highly recommend buying your next vehicle here!! If and when I ever need another vehicle, this will be the first place that I go to! WAY TO GO GUYS! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went there looking for a vehicle and I talked to Logan, a great guy. I couldn't find anything there so he sent me to Canastota to their other dealership where they sell a few cars, I talked to Jason, I found one and bought a 2013 Ford Edge Sport, and absolutely beautiful SUV. Jason went above and beyond for us and my dog, I needed quite a bit fixed, it was all done. If you need a vehicle don't look any further then Jason, extremely highly recommended!!! Thanks again, except horrible service department!!!

Mike and his staff are friendly and professional. He is pleasant to deal with and was willing to work with me. He had what I was looking for and  helped me get my new vehicle ready in time for Thanksgiving.  So far, I am happy with my purchase. Thank you Mike and staff.

Just going to keep updating this. Now the DMV told me they never returned the plates after not allowing me to take them off when I surrendered the vehicle to them. So on top of the headaches, thousands of dollars in repairs, negative impact on my credit score after selling me hot garbage my commercial license might get suspended.
Absolutely takes in garbage vehicles, doesn't fix anything on them and then passes them along to the next schmuck to walk through the door.  I'm aware of at least eight other people (Friends, Family and Coworkers) who are miserable with their vehicles they've gotten from here.  Stay as far away as possible.

Reputable and honest dealers don't have to defend themselves on google (go check some other dealers with 4-5 stars on Google for yourself).
Six months into owning the vehicle I purchased from then the transmission went in it, so I'm going to give a very detailed review.  I want to say this is one of the only places you can bring $1000 and they'll get you in a vehicle, however I can guarantee there will be some funky stuff you will wind up needing to fix on your own.  Mike and everybody else there is super friendly.
I recently got a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe from them and all things considered it looked to be in okay shape.   Here is everything I've found in the few days since picking it up, I'll list them in order of severity.

Struggles to start and tries to stall out for a little while after putting gas in it, most likely an evap canister purge valve (common issue on these vehicles $60 if I fix it myself, which I did)

Radiator is being held up by a strap on one side, likely needs a whole new radiator bracket, about $200 if I fix it myself. (chose to leave it as it didn't seem like it was going Anywhere)

Passenger seat will recline but won't go back up, fuse looked fine, likely the switch again $20-$30 if I fix it myself. (Ended up being $100 roughly for a new switch)

Passenger door needs new sensor as the car constantly thinks it's open, $20 if I fix it myself again. (Wound up just slapping some tape on the doorjam to trigger the sensor and replacing it now and again)

Rear Hatch Struts are shot, those are usually $40-50 for a set of two and easy enough to swap out. (Got a set, took five minutes to replace)

I'm sure there's more stuff I haven't noticed yet but ultimately I'll end up having to spend $500 or so out of pocket and put in some elbow grease on top of the monthly payment at this point.   Price was great though so three stars for that and because they actually got me in a vehicle with my credit in the toilet.

Dropped to two stars because less than a week of owning the vehicle it needs a CV Axle.  Would have rather they fixed all the problems with it and charged an extra $1000 for it than have to shell out for fixing all the problems on top of paying monthly for it.

Editing again, the more I look into the car the more I find, missing multiple bolts inside the engine bay that are supposed to keep various hoses in place.  Minor inconvenience but shouldn't be this many issues in a vehicle that you are charging $8500 for as a dealership.   No doubt with as nice as the staff is if they would just fix issues before selling vehicles this place would make even more money than they already do.    Gotta respect the Hussle though.  Plenty of other reviews talking about the quality (or lack there of) of the vehicles here.  Once again only buy from here if you're mechanically inclined and expect to have to shell out to fix a bunch of stuff as soon as you drive off the lot.

Second update as they want to respond and try to victim blame, if you buy a car here it will have issues that they will refuse to fix in their "30 day 1000 mile warranty" that they seem very proud of.  You will likely have to fix things the day you drive it off the lot ( as I did with the evap purge valve, CV Axle, Radiator mount, etc.)
