I’ve never owned a Subaru or a new car, so I decided to sign up online for a test drive with Subaru Carlsbad.  When I arrived, EVERYONE was polite, not pushy and remained professional the entire time.

Yuri was patient and definitely a seasoned professional! He repeatedly pointed out all the safety features and answered all my questions! Yuri wanted me to pick the car I felt most comfortable in and didn’t pressure me at any point in the day! Yuri was transparent and kept me updated about all my options.

Miguel and Sean made sure the magic happened when it came down to the money and warranties. Sean made sure my warranty package fit my families needs and not a one size fits all/take it or leave it offer.
