Edible Outdoor Bush - GOOSEBERRY - ONE AVAILABLE

Edible Outdoor Bush - GOOSEBERRY - ONE AVAILABLE - it is a younger bush (this is its second year), well established - may not produce fruit this year, but there is a chance .. the fruit is edible, gooseberries are high in fibre, vitamins C, B5, B6, copper, manganese, and potassium .. they also are rich in antioxidants and fibre .. they can be picked while green but need to sit and ripen before using for their sweetness .. the berries can be eaten while green just have a bit more tart of flavor .. young, fresh leaves can be used in a salad or be used as a tea, but be sure not to overharvest from one shrub otherwise it may cause harm to the production of the fruit .. these can grow up to between 4 and 6 feet tall .. $50.00.
