Item is brand new. As you can see in the video I posted with this item, the seal has never been opened. I work for corporate Verizon and win prizes like these all the time. I’m loyal to my AirPods Max and have no need for a very high-end pair of Bose Headphones. According to the online reviews though, these are high quality, noise cancelling, and very comfortable around the ear. I did you a favor by already registering them on Bose’s website to ensure that they are covered and will have an active warranty for whoever buys them. So you’re all set up with that as well.
