Worst experience of my life. I buy a new vehicle every few years, so I am very well versed in the process. I live a few hours away from the dealership, so I had communicated everything prior to my visit. They had all my trade-in information, VIN, etc. as well as the vehicle I was interested in. It should have been as simple as test driving and then signing for the new vehicle. We waited for financing for hours. We spent 7+ hours at the dealership, many hours spent just waiting for a finance manager.
Next, after two weeks, my brand new car has major transmission trouble. Unable to be fixed by the dealership and they are reaching out to the manufacturer. I understand things happen, but it has been over a week and I still have no loaner vehicle or something to drive while my brand new car is being fixed.
Lastly, the vehicle I traded in was not processed correctly by the accounting team. A whole month after trade, I am still paying my car payment on the trade in because the dealership did not pay off my previous loan.

I am now paying THOUSANDS of dollars a month for TWO vehicles, neither of which I have possession of, thanks to this dealership. Would not recommend.
