Wonderful experience, went in not having high hopes because of past experience with other dealerships but Mercedes of Delray pleasantly surprised me and exceeded all my expectations. My service technician Juan was very attentive and respectful of my time. He informed me the regular maintenance and software update would take about 4 hours. I told him I would wait. They were able to complete in 2 1/2 hours. Also I appreciate the video they send informing me of what they were doing.
