Update, just to clarify, the above post was typed up by Jose who then texted it to me to copy and paste. I went along with it because I was just happy to be getting a vehicle to replace the current vehicle I have that is on its last leg. I did not test drive just started it and let it run, ac worked great vehicle sounded and looked great. They did have us out of there quick which was very helpful, considering I had a wedding to go to I was looking forward to taking and showing off the truck. Upon leaving the dealer I went straight home. It was roughly 23 miles to my house and I tried to stop and get food about 4 miles from my house. As I was pulling into the driveway of the restaurant my power steering went out so I looked at the dash and the low oil pressure warning came on. Luckily I was able to get it home. I called the dealership immediately and spoke with Ms Am and she said she would get back to me, that never happened. The next day I had to drive my last leg vehicle to work, called them again. This time I spoke to Jose and he said he would get back with me. Well he did only to tell me that they would not do anything. Later I was able to take it to a shop street running the codes nothing came up about the oil pressure so they ran a full diagnostic and a bunch of communication errors came up. It was showing that the last code reset was 49 miles ago. I drove 23ish from dealership, 4 miles to the shop. I am disappointed that here it is 10 days later and I am still drive my vehicle I was trying to replace because it's more dependable than the one this dealership sold me. Also to add, I just had to buy a battery for the truck as the one in it was bad...

DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!! I was completely taken by these people. I was told this truck was in good standing and running well. I should have known better when they said I couldn’t take it on the highway because it was too far away. I looked over the truck well and noticed a few small repairs to the license plate light and some small digs. I trusted them because I felt like they had good review ratings.

Before I even finished my paper work the sales man asked for me to give them a good review and even forwarded me some verbiage to use. I did it because at the time I felt I was getting a reasonable deal. I paid for the vehicle and also got a warrantee.

The next day I went out to run some errands. The truck had a temp warning so I pulled over and let it cool down. This was the first time I took it on the highway. I took it to my trusted mechanic. They informed me of several problems.

My mechanic informed me it was going to cost me around $8k to fix my truck. The warrantee was going to cover half of this.  They also informed me my warrantee was not active.  I went back to the dealers and got on the phone with Gold Standard. It appeared they had not paid them for my warrantee. They finally resolved the issue. Now two weeks latter from my purchase I have to wait another two weeks for my truck.

I’ve never felt more taken advantage of in my life. Now a used truck valued at 14K cost me almost 20k and I’m not even driving it.

DO NOT BUY HERE !!!!!!  SCAM !!!!!!

Within 2 hours - 2 Days After purchasing the vehicle, the following things happened.

* The A/C stopped working.
* The Driver side door would not lock
* The handle on the driver side door would not work. I had to roll down the window and open the door from the outside.
* The passenger door would not open.

Mr. Jose's initial response to repairing the driver side door was "we cannot help you it's that and come back Monday for the lock". Which meant that my car would be unlocked through the weekend. I had to make internet and explain to him that this is unacceptable for them to even fix it.

The other problems they told me what my problems since the car was bought as is. They have also failed to send me my registration sticker even though the car was purchased over 4 months ago.
Just like the other people was bad reviews they tell you when you see what we can do and call you right back but they never contact you again.

My headlight and back tail light are already out !!!!!
