I DON'T KNOW HOW OR WHY CLERMONT AND ORLANDO have better reviews, but THIS BRANCH is by far the BEST toyota I've been at..

1) not pushy with sales
2) staff are busy but pleasant
3) movie room!!!
4) 3d viewer of the car, and video transparency by the tech when ur car is at the bay!!!

walk in, we were accommodated and no issues despite being busy, they did not try to overcomplicate the services, it was a routine check up without oil change, and fixed the recall for the back up camera. they also ordered the part that we needed without having to remind them! they do car washes too for every service.
they have a AI-powered 3d camera that checks your car surface including the top part!
they have a movie theater room for people who have to wait long! they also send you a video (although not complete) of what they do/did at the bay with your car! (my first experience, and i envisioned this over 7 years ago!) awesome!

this dealership also offers warranty protection for new purchases! staff are great - place is clean! will come back here 100%

Henry, our truck dealer was very detailed. He helped also set up our new truck upon departure. Financing I wish went a little smoother but is what it is with that. Roger did the best he could within his limitations. Thank you Henry and Roger!

We were very impressed with the dealership from being greeted in the parking lot by all the friendly happy faces, to being greeted in the lobby, to our salesman to finally our finance person! Kevin was amazing, he spent a couple of hours with myself and my husband helping us find the perfect car for our daughter. We came back a few days later with our daughter to purchase a car and he came in on his day off to guide us through that process! He made it so easy for us! The finance person was amazing too, forgive me but I can’t remember her name! She got us the best finance options for our daughter and was able to work in a few extras for her! We were very happy with the entire process and will continue to use their services in the future! Very honest and straightforward!
