Found this voicemail from a couple years ago and had to laugh looking back. I accidentally overslept and missed a tint appointment. That part was on me.

What wasn’t expected was the voicemail I received eight minutes after the appointment time. Instead of a simple reschedule or cancellation policy reminder, it included profanity, personal insults, and being told I was blocked from ever doing business again.

I completely understand that no-shows are frustrating. I don’t understand unloading on a customer like that. Professionalism matters, especially when things don’t go perfectly.

To this day, it stands out as one of the most surprising business interactions I’ve ever experienced. It definitely felt like there was more going on than just a missed appointment. In hindsight, it seems I may have unintentionally avoided a situation I wouldn’t have wanted to be part of anyway.

I already acknowledged that missing the appointment was my mistake. No-shows are frustrating, and I don’t dispute that.

My review wasn’t about the missed appointment itself, it was about the tone and language used in the voicemail that followed. Communication and professionalism are part of the overall customer experience, even when a service isn’t completed.

This wasn’t written out of pettiness, just reflection. I hope moving forward situations like this are handled in a way that reflects the 13 years of business experience you mentioned.

We purchased this car for our son to take to college. The transaction was hassle-free, and they worked with our bank without delay. I want to stress that Vlad and Angela helped us when we had some issues. They reached out to us and wanted to help. They believe in working with their customers on a personal level. They displayed their commitment to customer satisfaction throughout the entire process. I strongly stress that they are a trustworthy auto dealer. You will be satisfied with the outcome. Thank you.

This was an amazing experience.  Vlad and Peter dealt with us at our own pace.  We had been looking in many different places and were somewhat disappointed.  We told Vlad exactly what we were looking for and produced something that was way beyond what we were hoping to find.  He told me that he had exactly what I was looking for and over the phone he told me  "you will like this car so much that if you drive it you will buy it. "   And he was right.  We didn't need to buy a car.  We WANTED to buy a car and Vlad and Peter made the decision very easy for us.

We were out car shopping for our son for his first car. We had actually went to a dealership down the street but they were closed... on a Saturday. So I did a quick search and saw the great reviews for North Star Auto Sales down the street so I said let's check it out. We were greeted by staff and looked around at the selection of used cars. They had a great variety and great prices. Everyone was helpful with any questions and kept our price range in mind. They showed me a car and let me test drive it right away and I had made up my mind right then and there. Vlad was especially helpful through the whole process. He even had great music playing in the office that I had to get from him! He was great with communicating with us and made sure we got the car we loved for our son. They weren't pushy, they weren't sketchy... they were real people helping people. That's the way car buying should be. I will definitely keep Vlad and his staff in mind and recommend them to anyone when looking for a great car deal. They surpassed my expectations.
